Finishing
Sew 25 sts of row 1 to row 64, starting at bottom of overskirt.
Weave 17" of 1/4 green ribbon thru row 3 of waist. Sew or glue
in place.
Weave 13" of 1/8" green ribbon thru on dc row, loop ribbon
around trc at waist and weave down next dc row. Sew or glue in
place. Repeat for all dc rows except back seam.
For back seam, weave 6" of 1/8" green ribbon through dc row, loop
around first trc of row 3 waist and sew or glue in place. Repeat
for other dc row at back seam, looping around last trc of row 3
waist.
Using 1/2" greem ribbon, make 8 bows approx. 1 1/4" wide and glue
at bottom of each ribbon section.
